So i got back about 2 days ago from Dandridge, TN. It was a lot of fun. We did some really neat things. We talked about Moses's mountain top experience where he talked to the Lord, we did some singing, we did these 2 prayer walk type things that really had an impact on me. We went white water rafting and tubing, not the type of tubing that you might think of like being pulled behind a boat but just like a "lazy" river type thing. Let me tell you there was nothing lazy about it. The water was so shallow that we kept getting stuck onto rocks.
I'm not very good at writing things, I tend to just ramble on about things. Anyways the trip was really fun and I wish that I was still there. I got closer with a lot of people that I didn't really think liked me and now we're all going off to college. Most importantly I got the kick I need to work on my walk with God. I have a really tough time trusting him and laying everything in his hands because I want things MY way, no one elses. I did have a lot of distractions on the trip like a cell phone, anxiety, and stupid boys. ha No need to go into that though, after I gave it to God, there was nothing to worry about. I even turned my phone off the last day, it felt good. I wish I had done it all week.
Now it's time to count down the days I leave for college. Although I am really excited, I am also really scared. I want to one day become a Physician Assistant but right now I feel like im not smart enough. I want to make something of myself but I have a lot of doubt. I can't believe i've gotten so old, so fast.
This blog things helps me get my mind off of things, I wish I was a better writer though...
Well hopefully I will update this thing more often. =]
